"Why don't you ever eat me out?"

Scott choked on his milk, spilling half down his front and half across his pancakes. Ree set her chin in her hands, pleased; she'd purposefully timed her question for the best shock value opportunity. He turned to her, dripping, and very slowly reddened.

"We're thinking of the same thing, r-right?" he stammered out. She nodded indulgently. His cheeks went darker. He didn't blush very often, at least not in front of her, so she savored these times. Scott looked down at his plate and the mess he'd made, then at the sink, then at the ceiling. Everywhere but at her.

WD: Snowbirds"I don't see why you're going out for this," Allen said, leaning on the railing above him. Nathan sighed and struggled not to lose his patience.

"Because we all can't afford to live off of our rich Inven. Some of us need the money."

"I told you—"

"And I told you, I'm doing this. It'll probably just be this first winter, but we can't afford not to go out on missions for ten weeks, Allen. This is happening, so kindly shut up about it," Nathan snapped. He pulled on his boots and, without lacing them, strode out. He'd been hoping to leave Allen behind, but that was a vain hope.

After showing his team this picture, NamNar would always lose any sort of drawing materials while out on the routes. Charred color pencils would be found in his campfires. Papers would be torn and placed back into his backpack. Also, he had strange dreams about him refusing to draw any more. Needless to say, NamNar started watching his supplies careful after these discoveries.
