okay, honestly this has been a long time coming, since dA's writing features suck ass and not even in a fun way. i've been fairly vocal about how much i dislike dA's writing support as far as uploading and stuff goes (can you say RE-INPUT ITALICS BY HAND) and honestly, as you can probably tell, i'm using dA less and less. it's not my fave site haha. 

i'll still be uploading art pieces onto here (though i haven't been drawing as much lately, due to less time and an actual capitalist job!), for the time being. ideally, at some point in the future when i can get off my ass to do so, i'll make an "official" skitty tumblr to post my art + writing on. (until then, i have an unofficial skitty tumblr, i guess.) 

basically this only happened so abruptly bc i just spent the past hour inputting the ptf update's italics just to be told that dA doesn't support chapters that long so yeahhhhhh i'm just not gonna bother. rmwj has long chapters, too, and this isn't the first time i've been told that. i don't want to split up chapters that should be read together. dA is an art site first and foremost, and that's fine, so i'm just gonna let it be an art site.

For those of you who haven't heard of patreon, it's basically like a kickstarter, except over time and not necessarily for specific, one-time things. In my case, it's for writing! You can pledge any amount you choose, and by default it's a monthly recurring thing, but you can cancel after the month to make it a one-time thing! There are individual and overall reward tiers, you can cancel at any time, it's a super neat thing, etc. (one of the overall rewards is me finally doing a webcomic for that hell or high water script i wrote ages ago)

I'm going to keep writing anyway, but this speeds up the process and takes the edge off of the looming student loans. And I hope to be drawing again soon! I'm pretty sure I have a working tablet again. Fingers crossed!

<sub>HELLO AGAIN FRIENDS OF MINE! So, the sunday stream went well overall, and the wednesday stream went well until WE COULDN'T FINISH IT. Twitch had some sort of server issue and would not let me broadcast the end. I was literally at the final boss. Its timing couldn't have been worse. :C

So I will be having a stream of JUST THE ENDINGS plus the spinOFF game C?L?U?E?L?E?S?S! This would be a shorter stream, probably like two hours total. The endings don't take long and Clueless isn't very long either. (Unfortunately, this is another not-blind playthrough. But I have a ton of other spinOFF games that would be blind! Plus, nuzlockes in the future.) THE QUESTION IS: what times and dates work best for this finishing stream?

(About CLUELESS: It is a fan-made game based on OFF. It's short, but is kind of scary/freaky. Uhh, I'm not sure how else to describe it...)

AUGUST 3, STARTING AT NOON EST: Skitty plays OFF #1! This one will have a voice chat via skype, with SPECIAL GUEST CRUKIX. He's only come to like one of my streams ever before so I'm super excite, plus for some reason people don't believe we know each other??? I dunno. Others will be allowed to join in the voicechat, so this stream will have commentary and conversation in addition to the game's swanky ass music!

AUGUST 6, STARTING AT NOON EST: Skitty plays OFF #2! This one will be Skitty's commentary + swanky ass game music, likely, but I won't say no to another voice chat. Who knows! Of the two, this will be the one likely to be recorded for posterity because I shouldn't have to replay the game every time I feel someone needs to be introduced.

MORE INFORMATION:
+Skitty will be the puppeteer playing the indie game OFF in one shot.
+It is about 5-6 hours long.
+Skitty has played it before, so it is not a blind run.
+Spoilers will be kept to a minimum anyway.
+Skitty will probably make a "beating OFF" joke every five minutes.
+Swearing and some crude humor to be expected.
+It is possible that certain scenes in this game are shocking to an unwarned public. Or maybe not...</sub>
